this hose mainly material is eva , mix with other additives to make spiral shape soft and flexible hose. The spiral gap and dimension can be varies designing . the spiral can be round , can be 90 degree square , can he angle shape. Our machine can make perfect 90 degree corner for the spiral.

Flow chart: feeding—extruding ---water cooling—profile tension system—glue extruder—double wheel winding system ---haul off system—cutting and turn over system.
