GreenerWood is a kind of artificial wood, which is more economic and environmental than nature wood.

GreenerWood is made from wood fiber, PVC resin and other little additives through extrusion technique. Its physical performance is the same with wood, but it also has the advantages of antiwater, antimoth, antiseptic, thermal insulation and etc. It can be recycled and doesn’t include any harmful substance to human body. The content of released formaldehyde is only 0.3mg/L, greatly lower than national standard (1.5mg/L). So GreenerWood is the true green composite material.

Application：Mainly used for indoor decoration, such as: acoustic panel, ceiling, decking, wall panel, skirting, string course, window shade, fencing, railing and others. It can be used in the fields of exterior wall panel, indoor, bathroom, home decoration, outdoor landscape and etc.

Raw Material：Wood powder（80-100 mesh）-- PVC resin powder – calccium—DOP – 530 foaming regulator—lubricant – AC foaming agent – stabilizer。

 Process Flows：Weighing – Heat/cool mixing -- Pelletizing – Profiles Line – Crush and reuse.
