PE/PP WPC Profile Extrusion Line

This project adopts recycled plastic (PE, PP, PS, ABS) and plant fiber (wood, rice husk, bamboo) as main raw material (more than90%) to produce outdoor landscape WPC products.

Application：

Pallet，decking, corridor, pavilion, fencing, flower box, outdoor furniture, siding and wall cladding.

Raw Material：

Wood powder（20-100 mesh），Recycled PP/PE（granule or flakes）,lubricant(interior and exterior)，color master batch，coupling agent, antioxidant, anti-ultraviolet, and etc.

Production Process：

Weighing – Heat Mixing – WPC Pellets Prodcution – WPC Profiles Production—Surface Treatment – Crush and recycle
