2.Double size on the same mold blocks:
There are two pipe sizes on the same block, so the manufacturer can change the pipe diameter by adjusting the forming machine up and down.
In our single-wall corrugated pipe machine, the mold blocks are not connected by chain piece by piece, and the blocks can move forward or backward on the mold base. The mold block adopts gears to run modules and templates so as to realize water circulating cooling and air cooling of the products,which ensures high-speed molding,even corrugation,smooth inner and outer pipe wall.These corrugated pipes are especially used as wires of the up-market cars.
